About Pamela Davis

My name is Pam Davis, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience. I have worked with clients who have had a wide range of concerns including interpersonal relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, social skills deficits, grief/loss, ADHD, Autism/Asperger’s, emotional/physical/sexual abuse, and various types of trauma. My therapeutic style is nonjudgmental, empathetic, with compassion and sensitivity. My skill set includes active listening, engaging, insightful, problem solving, and easily establishing a rapport with my clients in order to achieve the maximum benefit. My clinical approach may include Cognitive Behavioral , Rational Emotive, Trauma-Focused, Social Skills training, and more recently developing a passion for Mindfulness Therapy. The approach will be specific and individualized to meet my client’s needs.

I believe that our relationship with ourselves should come first. By developing Self-Acceptance, Self-Love, Self-Compassion, and Self-Forgiveness leads the way to living a more fulfilling life, which is extremely significant and impactful in our relationships with others. I feel that we all possess the tools inside of us that can help us to overcome the obstacles that we face.

I look forward to working with you and to support you in this journey called Life!
