I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the State of Texas. I have 20+ years of professional work experience in the field of mental health and addiction counseling. I have experience working with diverse population on diverse issues such as stress and anxiety, addiction, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, low motivation, self-esteem/confidence among others.

I am a compassionate, non-judgmental therapist. I work collaboratively with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
