I am a compassionate counselor who wants to help clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.

Many of my years as a counselor have been spent working with children and adolescents, which I would consider my specialty, but I also have a focus on depression and anxiety management, parenting stressors, and pursuing personal growth. My approach is client-centered, where the client is in control as we work towards our goals, while also incorporating some cognitive-behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques.
