About Nashonna
I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients navigating anger management, social anxiety, communication difficulties, guilt and shame, and questions about life purpose and self-worth. I’m passionate about helping people cultivate self-love, practice forgiveness, and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.
My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding. I create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your concerns without judgment. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported—and I’m committed to honoring your unique journey, values, and identity.
Whether you’re working through difficult emotions, seeking clarity about your direction, or hoping to strengthen how you communicate with others, I’m here to walk alongside you. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward the life you envision.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m genuinely honored to be part of your healing journey.
