About Monica Rawlings

Hi I am Monica, a licensed therapist in the state of Utah. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and relationship concerns. My approach is grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are.

I specialize in helping people explore self-love, communication, isolation, and life purpose. I also work with clients facing grief, body image concerns, attachment issues, workplace stress, and major life transitions like divorce or midlife changes. Whether you’re managing panic attacks, OCD, PTSD, or processing past trauma and abuse, I’m here to support your healing.

I bring particular sensitivity to the experiences of Neurodivergent populations, LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and those navigating multicultural concerns. I’m committed to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space that honors your values and identity.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and person-centered. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you with genuine care and support.

Deciding to do the work is the hardest part. I am honored to start the journey with you.
