Molly McCarthy

I work with people who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Life Transitions and Relationship Issues amongst others. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and reach a place of peace and increased life satisfaction. With each client I have respect, compassion and a non-judgmental attitude and recognize that each client is unique.
To help your healing and growth process, I utilize a number of different styles in a holistic way to understand and treat the whole person: strengths-based counseling, uncovering unhealthy thought processes/patterns, anxiety reduction tools, mood improvement strategies, mindfulness and meditation.
