About Misty
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and the complex emotions that often accompany them—including guilt, shame, and trauma.
I specialize in working with posttraumatic stress and understand how past experiences can shape our present relationships and sense of self. I’m particularly skilled at helping clients improve communication patterns and explore themes of forgiveness, both toward others and themselves.
