Hello and Welcome!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who enjoys working with adults and teens 13 and older. I am passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where my clients can be heard and feel understood. Life is full of chaos that can leave us feeling overwhelmed; you don’t have to face hard times alone. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, empathy, curiosity, and hope as we work toward meaningful change!

I have experience working with a variety of populations, and deeply value cultural diversity and acceptance. My clinical focus is on trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, grief, relationship issues, and women’s issues.

Everyone’s needs and life experiences are different – they also help shape us into who we are! I am so proud of you for taking this first step in your mental health journey! I would be honored to walk alongside you in this journey.
