Hey! I’m glad you stopped by! As a licensed therapist, I utilized expressive arts and play therapy for children and adults. I assist individuals who are looking to improve self-esteem, manage depression and anxiety, cope with life changes/ transitions, guide college students, provide a safe space for domestic violence victims, process trauma, learn coping strategies, and guide adolescents and adults through healing the mind and body. I provide services for those in TN, MI, and IN.
Additionally, I utilize exposure and response prevention therapy and sand tray therapy for those interested in more in-depth self-exploration.
I am happy to assist those who are ready to begin their healing journey. I see individuals by appointment only for telehealth services.
