I’m Maurice Hill, a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of relationships and family dynamics.
My approach centers on helping you build self-compassion, improve communication, and find clarity around your life’s purpose. I specialize in supporting people through major life changes, relationship conflicts, divorce and separation, and attachment-related concerns. I also help clients work through forgiveness and develop healthier relational patterns.
I believe that meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you build resilience, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward the life you want to live.
