“Matthew has been helping me a lot to get to a better place mentally.”

“Excellent Therapist”

“I came to counseling with a relatively strong level of self-awareness, but I knew there were ways in which I was still not prioritizing my well-being. I struggled with anxiety around making the 'right' decisions and how those decisions would affect how others saw me. Lots of overthinking often led to paralysis or perfectionism, which affected my enjoyment of life and the loving relationships around me. I had a hard time sitting with the discomfort of feelings like anger, and had become a pro at steam-rolling them into some sort of 'silver lining'. However, with Matthew as my counselor, I'm now able to slow my thinking down through mindfulness and get connected to what I'm feeling and what I need. The 'right' decisions for me are more obvious than ever now, and I can tolerate any discomfort that comes from feelings I'd previously denied myself from acknowledging. I'm so much better at seeing myself as a source for meeting my own needs, and I'm more confident about advocating for what I need in my relationships with others. Counseling with Matthew has allowed me to meet my goal of being more aware of who I am and what supports and feeds me. I would highly recommend Matthew if you want to do the same!”

“Matt is awesome. In our short time together he has helped improve my mood and outlook on life.”

“Matthew husband great for my self-esteem and his teaching me waste of cope he's very patient and friendly. The way he goes about challenging me to work on myself is truly amazing I would recommend him to anyone he is down to earth and actually cares about how you are and not just there because he has to be that means a lot.”

“He is good at listening and understanding what I express and talk about. it's still early to say about the exercises we do, yet.”

“I've only had 3 sessions but he's expertly pinpointed where I need work to grow as a person in that short of a time .”

“Matt really understands my struggles with ADHD and that gives me great confidence in him. I’ve only had two sessions so far but can tell he’s my kind of people. We clicked right away which is super important to me. He said he’s going to push me and not make it easy which is exactly what I was looking for. I recommend him to anyone who is struggling with ADHD.”

“Although I am new to and was reluctant to try online counseling, I am really glad I did. Matt is the perfect match as he is friendly, smart and creative. We are in the very early stages of counseling and it is normal to take time to build up trust but I feel I am in the right place with the right person and plan to continue working with Matt. I highly recommend him- he is very likable and easy to talk with Kat”
