I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in supporting young adults as they work through social anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive patterns, isolation, and the weight of guilt and shame. I also bring particular attention to men’s issues and the unique challenges men face in therapy and personal growth.
