About Mariah Sorenson
I’m a therapist with six years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, along with nine years of experience as a high school counselor. I especially love working with teenagers and helping them navigate the pressures, emotions, relationships, and changes that come with growing up. I find it incredibly meaningful to help teens feel understood, build confidence, and recognize their strengths.
I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and free from judgment.
I believe therapy is a partnership. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, develop healthy ways to cope, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Taking that first step takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
