About Maria Dally
As a licensed social worker in Michigan, I have a passion for supporting individuals in navigating complex emotions. My approach centers on helping clients develop resilience, self-compassion, and effective coping strategies while addressing challenges like anxiety, trauma, life transitions, depression, and more. I am deeply committed to creating a supportive, therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their experiences and cultivate healing. I enjoy empowering clients to build self-love, process past experiences, and develop healthier habits.
A little about me:
I graduated from Western Michigan University with an MSW. I have over three years of experience in working with individuals and families in a community mental health setting both virtually and in person. I have a particular expertise in supporting parents and the overall family system. I have a background in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy with young children and adolescents.
I love cats (even though I’m allergic!) , plants, turtles, and anything pink. On my free time I love to crochet, build puzzles, cook, take scenic walks, and enjoy time with my loved ones.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in understanding each person’s unique journey. I strive to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors individual experiences and strengths. Together, we can work as a team to develop meaningful strategies for personal growth and overall well-being.
