I am a Empathetic and Passionate Licensed Professional Counselor LPC and a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor LCADC who seeks to Empower, Inspire and Instill Hope in others who are experiencing Mental Health , Substance Use/Abuse Concerns and everyday life situations. I have over 10 years’ experience working with various populations from Children to Elderly. I have provided therapy to those experiencing concerns; which include; Substance and Alcohol Use/Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Stress, Emotional Dysregulation, Self- Esteem concerns, Bipolar, Adjustment Disorder and various life situations. I utilize a Person-Centered approach; where I seek to create an atmosphere of empathy and acceptance; meeting an individual where they are. I am also Trauma Informed.
