I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. Over my career, I’ve worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and family conflicts. I’m particularly skilled at helping parents work through parenting concerns and supporting families as they navigate complex relational dynamics.

My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person’s unique background, values, and circumstances. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
