My background includes extensive clinical work grounded in evidence‐based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to compassionate, client‐centered care. As a veteran, I bring a deep understanding of the unique stressors faced by service members, their families, and those navigating major transitions. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders and relationship concerns.
