Leslie Cockrell

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with four years of experience counseling clients in-person and via telehealth. I enjoy conducting individual sessions and groups.

I’m passionate about helping people who struggle with depression, anger, addiction, and grief. I also have experience helping with ADHD, anxiety, infidelity, and men’s issues.

My therapy style incorporates evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion. No matter what troubles us, it is important to nurture a positive relationship with ourselves.
