I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, cultivate emotional safety, and build meaningful, authentic relationships. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrative approaches, drawing from modalities such as CPT, DBT, ACT and somatic informed practices. I am deeply passionate about creating the therapeutic spaces where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move towards healing with compassion. I am a committed practioner of radical self-compassion and intentionally seek out moments of awe in everyday life. Whether through nature, relationships, or quiet reflection, I believe these moments are essential to expanding our capacity for resilience, meaning, and healing.
