I specialize in treating the whole spectrum of eating disorders from anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder to emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, and disordered eating. I also work with those experiencing depression and mood concerns, anxiety, relational difficulties, family dysfunction, significant stress, ADHD, and chronic health challenges
I am also a clinical nutritionist specializing in integrative nutrition and a health and wellness coach who takes a whole person’ strengths-based approach. In addition to extensive education in working with eating disorders, I have had significant training in mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, self-hypnosis, and personality type.
