“It’s early only my 3rd session but I’m very happy with Lamar thus far … really is attentive and i really like how he textes throughout the week and just checks in on Me …that lets me know it’s just not about the hour sessions that he is actually invested”

“Lamar is a good counselor. He is usually available when I contact him. I originally asked for a female to feel more comfortable but I said I would try him out. Lamar is very easy to talk to and it’s like talking to a really good friend that is genuinely concerned about me.”

“Lamar has been very helpful as I try to work on bettering my relationship with my wife. He listens to what both of us have to say about our experiences and feelings then works with us to make progress in achieving our relationship goals. He is also great at understanding and integrating our individual thoughts and concerns into the overall relationship so we can learn more about ourselves, each other, and our relationship.”

“He's very patient, interested in my point of view, and gives support and appreciation to my perspective”

“Lamar has awesome follow through & able to stay on point in discussions & via computer. Understands previous therapy & what helps me to be successful when stuck in "stinkin' thinkin'"”
