I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three years of clinical practice and several years with a background in public health, foster care, and social services. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, women’s health concerns, and the many seasons of life that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of what comes next.

My style is warm, authentic, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest and not a place where you have to have everything figured out. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness, while tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals.
