About Kim Keller

For over 17 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate healing, growth, and change. I specialize in addiction and mental health therapy and bring a down-to-earth, collaborative approach to the counseling relationship. I believe you are the expert on your own life and already possess the strengths needed to move forward. My role is to help you access those strengths through empathy, thoughtful challenge of unhelpful thought patterns, and support in embracing your unique identity.

Many people come to therapy feeling as though they missed an instruction manual for life—aware that something isn’t working, but unsure how to change it. You may be experiencing intense emotions, finding yourself stuck in patterns you know are harmful, or struggling to cope in ways that feel healthy or sustainable. When life feels overwhelming, and fear, stress, or addiction has taken hold for you or someone you love, therapy can offer new tools, perspective, and flexibility.

You may long for a sense of relief—to breathe more easily and feel less weighed down by daily life. Perhaps you want to work toward meaningful goals, repair strained relationships, build healthier connections, manage stress without shutting down, or rediscover a sense of purpose and fulfillment. I’ve worked with many people facing these same challenges, and I understand how isolating they can feel. My passion is helping individuals move through these struggles with compassion, clarity, and hope—so you know you don’t have to face them alone.

“Kim is amazing at what she does”

“In only 2 sessions, I have gained so much insight into my mental processes and how to combat them. Kim has been such a great listener and explainer in what ways my brain can lead me into self-destructive thinking. Absolutely would recommend her to anybody!”

“Kim is amazing!”

“Kim is great! She’s very perceptive and also does a super job of explaining things to me when I get confused. 10/10, would recommend!!”

“Great therapist. Glad I found her.”

“Kim is great at navigating my many thoughts and energy levels with me. I appreciate that she is straightforward, adaptable, open to feedback, and can laugh at things with me. It's important for me to feel like we are a team and that I trust the expertise of the therapist I work with and Kim has proved this over and over again. I've worked with three therapists before Kim and now I finally understand what it means to have a therapist that is a good fit. The growth I've had with Kim have been quite literally life changing. Find yourself a Kim!”

“She is engaged and kind, I appreciate the support she provides me”

“Kim Keller meets you where you are - it is the most beautiful thing about a session with this therapist. She is someone who can be more formal if that’s more comfortable. She is also someone who can be adaptive and casual… that matters because some of us just want to feel like we are talking to a friend. Honestly, Kim Keller is the best therapist I have had. My insurance can get me free therapy, but it would not be the same. I pay to see her on BetterHelp because she is THAT GOOD.

Try a session with Kim Keller. Do your self work. Maybe cry a little. With Kim’s help, you can face the difficult hurdles that you’ll work on. After your session, you can message and she will make time for you.

Take your chance on this authentic and genuine therapist.”

“Kim does a great job letting me go at my own pace for areas of discussion and helps keep me focused when I wander off”

“Kim does a great job of understanding my needs and does an even better job of keeping me moving in the right direction wether I want to or not! 10/10!!!”

“Ms.Keller is extremely supportive and understanding I couldn't have asked for a better therapist”

“Absolutely love her!
She's a great listener and offers awesome advice and tools to use when needed.”
