I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. My passion is empowering clients to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

With experience working with diverse populations across various settings, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and valued. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma and substance use issues.

In addition to providing therapy, I conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations designed to support treatment planning. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to meet each individual’s unique goals and circumstances.
