About Kellyn Hampton

I’m a therapist with more than 15 years of experience (counseling and therapy) supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in supporting people with concerns including social anxiety, panic, post-traumatic stress, isolation, depression, communication struggles, guilt and shame, and questions about life purpose and self-worth. I also have meaningful experience working with older adults, military veterans, caregivers, and those facing midlife transitions or family-of-origin issues.

My approach is grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to helping you find your way forward. My therapeutic style is person-centered and collaborative. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build the skills and insights you need to heal and grow toward a greater sense of authenticity. I’m honored by the trust my clients place in me, and I’m committed to creating a respectful, nonjudgmental space where you can truly be yourself. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
