About Kelli Bouscher
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have had the privilege of working with all types of individuals during my career. For the past 13 years I have had extensive working with military veterans, families, and those who have experienced trauma which continues to affect them. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I integrate evidence-based techniques in CBT, DBT, CPT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with a focus on increasing resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Whether it’s navigating relationships, overcoming trauma, or addressing persistent behavioral cycles, I am dedicated to walking with my clients as they realize their strengths and move toward healing and growth. My approach is taken from a variety of evidence-based practices that have been successful in working with trauma and addiction. When working with couples, I typically use Behavior Couples Therapy and CBT to address negative patterns and accentuate positive ones. Functional Family therapy addresses behaviors of children that affect the family system and used with contingency management, it is effective for productive change and increased communication. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
