About Kathryne Koahou

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Utah, with three years of professional experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in supporting clients through trauma, substance use disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I also have extensive experience helping people manage stress, cope with grief and loss, heal from trauma, and navigate the challenges of addiction and recovery.

My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to fit their unique needs and goals. I’m specialty-trained in EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, and ketamine integration therapy, powerful, evidence-based modalities that can help you process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and build resilience.

Whether you’re dealing with day-to-day stress or working through complex trauma, I’m here to support you in a way that’s compassionate, grounded, and nonjudgmental. Taking the first step to seek help takes courage, and I’m proud of you for starting this journey. I look forward to walking alongside you.

Please note you must be in the state of Utah for me to accept you as a client.
