“Katherine is an wonderful therapist. There are so many words I could use to describe her; caring, understanding, friendly, patient, fun, non-judgmental,, empathetic, and knowledgable are just a few. She entered my life while I was going through a very emotional situation, and she provided guidance to come out on the other side. During our sessions, Katherine is always professional, yet it is still like talking to an old friend. She puts me at ease and provides an atmosphere of acceptance, making it easy to discuss sensitive topics and feelings. Katherine allows me to talk about topics in my own time and never asks me to discuss things that I am not ready to discuss. Our conversations allow for reflection on daily life as well as working on long-term goals. Katherine provides practical ideas for coping skills to employ in challenging situations. She follows up in discussing the successfulness of the coping skills and offers other suggestions when needed. I can't say enough wonderful things about Katherine. She is truly a remarkable, caring therapist. I consider myself blessed to be able to have Katherine as my therapist”

“Even from my first session with Katherine, I felt right at ease. She flexibly works with my needs for each session, and her attention and care are evident. She helps me to make connections between my various thoughts and experiences in ways that I struggle to see when I'm in the "muck," myself. I've always appreciated her timeliness and her caring professionalism. I've come a long way with her listening and guidance, and I can't recommend her enough!”
