I am licensed in Missouri with 4 years of counseling experience and over 10 years in social work. I have experience in helping clients with substance use, motivation, stress, anxiety, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with individuals with mood disorders. I prefer a strengths based approach and helping individuals identify and incorporate tools to manage things that challenge you.
