Kassidi O’Gorman

Hello, I’m Kassidi O’Gorman, a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions with confidence and clarity. I work with individuals of all ages, offering support through emotional difficulties, personal growth and major life changes.

I am TF-CBT trained and have experience helping clients process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen healthy coping strategies. I especially enjoy working with young adults and individuals navigating transitional periods, including changes related to school, career, relationship independence, and identity.

I earned my master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, with a focus on childhood and adolescent disorders. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based practices to support your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, and I tailor each session to meet you where you are.
