About Kamaria
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience working across a wide range of concerns, I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complex emotions that often accompany major life transitions.
My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness and an understanding of how identity, lived experience, and systemic factors shape our mental health. I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors who you are and where you come from. I work with clients on self-esteem, communication, attachment patterns, grief, shame, and the deeper questions around purpose and belonging.
I’m particularly skilled at supporting individuals through trauma recovery, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and the intersecting concerns that many of us face—whether that’s navigating workplace stress, financial pressures, identity questions, or the weight of caregiving responsibilities.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening with genuine curiosity, and working together to build the insights and tools you need for meaningful change. I draw on evidence-based practices to support your healing at your own pace.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
