I am licensed in Virginia with 36 years of professional work experience, primarily with military service members and their families. I have also worked in the private sector. I work with individuals, couples as well as teens. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, & depression. I also have experience working with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
