About June

Hi, Welcome to my intro! My name is June. That you’re reading this most likely means you feel your life could be better in some way, and you’re looking for some help in making that happen. That takes some courage and initiative to take a positive step– not just “settle.”I’m a licensed professional counselor and a certified addiction counselor, based in Colorado. I also have experience and expertise working with issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, important transitions in life, and relationship difficulties. Sometimes a person doesn’t have a specific problem such as one of those, but just feels that life could be better in some way. She may be seeking better self-awareness. He may believe he has a purpose in life that he hasn’t yet identified, and would like some help in getting insight into that. She may have come to believe “This job isn’t right for me,” but now would like some guidance in figuring out “So what is?” Also, this is a very different and troubling time for all of us. You may have lost your job due to a shutdown occurring out of your, or anyone else’s, control. You, or someone you love, may have become seriously sick. You may feel anxious about what will happen –next week, or next month, or next year. I can help with all of that. If something from this profile sounds like what you’d like, I’d love to work with you.
