“Julie is patient and a great listener, however she also knows how to direct us through the process of therapy where we would be lost. A proper Sherpa up the mountain of self actualization.”

“Julie Elliott is very in tune with my needs. She listens and gives great advice and follows through with check ins which I’m horrible with. Her worksheets and questions are helping me and I look forward to doing more work with her. Thank you. Grateful to have found her.”

“If you're looking for a therapist who will gently guide you while also holding you accountable, I highly recommend Julie! She has a remarkable ability to be firm when necessary, offering the sometimes-difficult truths I needed to hear. She's skilled at challenging my thought patterns in a way that encourages growth and self-awareness. Importantly, this directness is always balanced with genuine respect and a gracious approach. I've felt consistently supported and understood, even during challenging conversations. Working with Julie has been instrumental in my personal development.”
