I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Texas. I have over 8 years of experience working as a psycho-therapist and life coach. I work with clients with a variety of life challenges including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couples counseling, parenting problems, career challenges, legal problems, domestic violence, complex trauma, addiction and as well as all forms of abuse.

My therapy style is empathetic , encouraging and supportive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion. I believe in educating my clients about their specific mental health and life concerns so that can make informed choices and they are empowered to be the best version of themselves. My Theraputic Techniques that I used most often combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, person centered therapy, motivational interview therapy, solution focused therapy, family systems therapy and rational-emotive behavior therapy (REBT). I will customize our dialog, and treatment plan to meet your individual and specific needs.

I understand that it takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
