“I like her”

“I have only had one session but I can say, I feel confident in her ability to help me get better. On our first session she provided me with some easy tools to implement when I feel anxious and these tools have helped. I feel respected, heard and understood. I'm very happy with her and co sider myself lucky for having her support!”

“Love her.”

“After years of silence I finally reached desperation and sought treatment for a secret that I had been keeping since childhood. I did not know what to expect, having never been in therapy. I stumbled through my words, but Dr. Holland listened, no judgement. With her guidance I now feel like I have hope that the childhood trauma that I experienced will lesson its mental grip. Not to be forgotten, because I have learned that is not entirely possible, but to not have control. <br /> It was not my fault.”

“I really enjoy working with Judith. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to really know me.”
