About Judith

I specialize in work worries, relationships, and self-esteem. I have been practicing for decades, working with men and women ages 30-99 individually, in couples, and in groups. Among my many certifications & credentials, I am a Board Certified Coach specializing in work and life issues.

While I am trained and proficient in a variety of therapy models, my work is primarily cognitive. I can be heard to say: “Don’t believe everything you think!” We can’t always be happy; however, we can experience joy.
