I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience helping adults navigate stress, life transitions, and the pressures that come with roles like parenting, relationships, and work. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who are used to doing well in their lives, but have reached a point where something feels harder to navigate or old strategies aren’t working the way they used to.

I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, motherhood, and major life transitions. I think understanding your thoughts, beliefs, and patterns matters, but therapy should also be practical. We’ll look at what’s going on and use tools, strategies, and perspectives you can actually take into your everyday life.

You don’t have to be in crisis to need support. Sometimes you just know that something isn’t working the way it used to, and you want a place to sort through it with someone who will listen and also help you figure out what to do next.
