About Johnnie
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with over four years of professional clinical experience providing therapeutic services to diverse populations. I am also a PhD Candidate in Psychology, which informs my practice through an integration of evidence-based research and applied clinical expertise.
I have experience supporting clients with stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, intimacy-related concerns, and depression. My clinical approach is grounded in respect, cultural sensitivity, and compassion. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to engage in meaningful change.
I tailor each therapeutic dialogue and treatment plan to meet the unique needs, goals, and experiences of the individual, recognizing that no two journeys are the same. My goal is to support clients in developing insight, strengthening coping skills, and building a foundation for long-term emotional well-being.
Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I commend you for making that decision. I look forward to supporting you on your path toward growth and healing.
