Jillian Mittiga

I truly believe that therapy can benefit anyone, and I love building connections with my clients as we work together toward their goals. I have a deep passion for getting to know people—their stories, strengths, and the unique challenges they face—and helping them grow in ways that feel meaningful and lasting. Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with family, catching up with friends, watching my favorite shows, or relaxing with my cats.

My specialties include life transitions, stress management, anxiety, depression, behavior management and coping difficulties. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and I really enjoy working with those trying to conceive, expecting and new parents.
