About Jeri Ryan

I am a dedicated English speaking Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering compassionate support to individuals and couples. I have been a psychotherapist for many years. I have both life and professional experience to offer. I strive to create a safe environment for you to explore and successfully address the challenges you face. I offer a compassionate approach specialize to treating depression, anxiety, hopelessness, grief, and communication issues as well as “unfounded emotions”. I am a certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTPII). Trauma is not necessarily a specific event; it can be the environment you breathe(d). I believe everyone is unique and therapy must meet those unique needs.
I help clients to move forward in their lives by using an integrative approach. I draw on trauma specific interventions as well as energy psychology. These techniques can be very effective to help people move through troubling issues and feelings. I find energy work invaluable to processing issues, but talk therapy and relationship building is where it starts. I believe everyone is unique and therapy must meet those unique needs. The patient decides what they are comfortable with at any given time.

I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and have substantial experience providing support to people from many backgrounds with a wide variety of concerns. I can help you be the person you want to be by helping you to see what’s in your way. I find energy work invaluable for processing issues, but talk therapy and relationship building is where it starts.
