About Jeremy Smith

Greetings! I’m glad you’re considering professional counseling. Entering the counseling space often requires both risk and faith—a belief that being genuinely heard and seen outweighs the discomfort of vulnerability (YOUR STORY MATTERS), and that working through personal challenges is worth the effort of disclosure and repair (HEALING IS POSSIBLE).

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience in outpatient, inpatient, and faith-based settings. I work with males ages 13 and older and females ages 21 and older. My therapeutic approach is integrated, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, existential therapy, Reality Therapy (WDEP), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I enjoy helping clients work through trauma, strengthen self-worth, improve relationships, and navigate life difficulties and transitions. I also hold a PSAP (Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional) certification through IITAP, and I value supporting men who are addressing sexual struggles and addiction.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater health!
