I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults navigating the challenges of anxiety, executive functioning, and relationships. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood while building practical skills to manage stress, improve focus and organization, and develop healthier connections with others.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while learning tools they can use in everyday life.
