I am a licensed professional counselor who has been working with adults and children for over ten years. I have helped clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and change of life challenges.

My therapy style is integrative, using mostly a client centered and behavioral approach. I show respect and unconditional positive regard for my clients and provide a safe environment for clients to develop into their maximum potential.
