About Jennifer Dalton

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have a background in education and have been a licensed therapist since 2013. I believe my personal experiences, as well as professional qualifications, have assisted me in providing both empathy and guidance to my clients. My goal is to improve the quality of life for my clients, as well as their families, through improved communication, appropriate life-balance, and positive change.

My therapy style includes forming a professional relationship with my clients while providing a combination of cognitive-behavior therapy and rational-emotive therapy. My expertise has been in behavior changes for children as well as adults, coping with and working through anxiety, and improving the effects of depression on personal well-being. I come from a strong belief that balance and communication is vital to our emotional well-being and contentment.

I look forward to working with you to improve your personal well-being and relationships with others.
