About Jennifer Billingsley
I’m a therapist with experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns, as well as career transitions and major life changes.
I specialize in addressing communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, guilt and shame, body image concerns, and mood-related struggles. I also work with clients exploring life purpose, self-love, forgiveness, and financial wellness. Additionally, I have experience supporting those managing chronic pain, intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injury, codependency patterns, and the complexities of midlife transitions.
I’m deeply committed to honoring multicultural perspectives and addressing the unique impacts of prejudice and discrimination. My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness and affirming care that recognizes the intersecting identities you bring to our work.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to listen with genuine care, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside you as you work toward greater clarity, healing, and connection. I’m honored to support you in this process.
