Hi, I’m Jeff.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with five years of professional experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My style is collaborative and direct — I won’t sugarcoat the hard stuff, but I will always meet you with respect, compassion, and honesty.

I work especially well with clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and those who identify as neurodivergent, though I welcome anyone who’s ready to explore real, meaningful change. My areas of focus include anxiety, stress, grief and loss, identity exploration, family conflict, self-esteem, motivation, and finding confidence in who you are.
