Jeanne Beatrice “Bea” Gellings
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
About Jeanne
I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions and struggles. My work centers on helping people navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and addiction with compassion and skill. I’m particularly passionate about supporting older adults and have developed deep expertise in addressing issues like communication difficulties, life purpose, social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and relationship transitions including divorce and separation.
I work with clients on attachment patterns, caregiver stress, mood challenges, financial concerns, and impulsivity. I also specialize in supporting women through their unique experiences and in addressing narcissistic dynamics within relationships. My approach is grounded in understanding how self-esteem, trauma history, and relational patterns shape our lives.
I believe in creating a collaborative, respectful space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace. Whether you’re processing grief, rebuilding after loss, or seeking clarity about your direction, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and growth.
