Hi! I am a professional mental health therapist licensed in Wyoming. I have over 6 years of experience working in clinical practice. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges/focuses. I have also worked with many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse.

My therapy style is person-centered, warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Building a therapeutic alliance is critical for the counselor/patient relationship. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. I will modify our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
