My work focuses on addressing communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, and the deeper emotional struggles that often accompany life changes—including trauma, mood disorders, and grief. I’m particularly skilled at helping clients work through guilt, shame, and abandonment wounds, as well as supporting those facing relationship challenges, workplace concerns, and identity questions.
